Welcome to Cedardale Charolais

At Cedardale Farms we work hard to breed Charolais cattle that work for our customers. We are located one hour north-east of Toronto in the town of Nestleton.

About Cedardale Farms

Cedardale Farms consists of approximately 1,500 acres of cropland and 160 registered Charolais cows. Our goal as purebred Charolais breeders has always been, and continues to be, to produce Charolais bulls designed for commercial cattlemen. Each year we work to build a stronger more uniform bullpen. We strive to produce bulls that encompass the economically important traits that are imperative in the cattle business; white bulls that are thick but still smooth, structurally sound, have excellent temperaments and are like peas in a pod. Moderate birth weights, excellent calf vigour and heavy weaning weights are what count here at Cedardale. When you combine those three traits your end result is the most pounds of calves to sell each fall.
